**Important, Please Read:
Do not call the Command Center phone line for generator requests. Generators will be first come, first served, with priority given to the elderly or those with health issues.
Use the Command Center number to report property damage. High priority is safety and mucking out flooding and water-damaged homes. We cannot remove trees from houses; insurance will need to handle these cases. Debris removal from yards will only happen if time and manpower allow after high-priority needs have been assessed.
Your safety and the safety of your family is our primary concern during any natural disaster.
Please adhere to state and local evacuation plans and prepare appropriately if you are in areas not required to evacuate. For more information on the storm, please visit the National Hurricane website.
Many have asked how they can help. Please consider making a monetary donation to KW Cares.
If you would like to serve locally, please fill out the volunteer survey and we will share your information with KW volunteer coordinators. Please arrive ready to leave the Command Center by 9 AM.
