KW Cares closely monitors the development of weather and natural disasters affecting our associates and their families. Below you will find the latest information and resources on current KW Cares relief efforts.

KW Cares is Here to Help
With Your Immediate Needs.

If you are a KW Associate and in need of financial assistance for immediate needs (shelter, food, transportation) due to the hurricane, please know we are here to help.

NOTE: Please contact 911 for emergencies. If you are not in a state of emergency but need immediate assistance, contact your Market Center leadership. Contact KW Cares for financial assistance for immediate needs by submitting an application for an emergency grant. If you are unable to access the Internet, you can call our Disaster Hotline at 866-591-2737 for assistance.

Hurricane Ian Update

KW Cares is working closely with leadership in the areas affected by Hurricane Ian.

If you are an agent or you have an immediate family member who has been affected by Hurricane Ian, and you need supplies and/or assistance with clean-up, please contact your Market Center leadership.

For financial assistance for immediate needs, submit an application for a KW Cares emergency grant.

Your safety is our primary concern. Please adhere to any state and local restrictions for access to affected areas. Thank you for your continued support.

All KW associates should reach out to Market Center leadership for Command Center information.

Communicate with your Market Center leadership to report any property damage. Generators will be first come, first served, with priority given to the elderly or those with health issues.

High priority is safety, tarping roofs to prevent further water infiltration, and mucking out flooding and water-damaged homes. We cannot remove trees from houses; insurance will need to handle these cases. Debris removal from yards will happen only if time and resources allow after high-priority needs have been assessed.

Helpful Information

The safety of you and your family is our primary concern during any natural disaster.

Please adhere to state and local evacuation plans and prepare appropriately if you are in areas not required to evacuate.  For more information on the storm, please visit the National Hurricane website.
